When and how do I receive a death certificate?

The official death certificate is issued by the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages in your state, and is organised by Good Cremations.

Once we have completed the necessary paperwork and lodged the registration of death on your behalf, the Registry will process it and issue the certificate directly. In most cases, this takes up to 6 weeks although timing can vary depending on the Registry’s processing times.
